Hello! It has been a while since I last did a WWW Wednesday post, so I thought I would give it a go this week. WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words.
There are just three questions to answer:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
What are you Currently Reading?
I am currently reading two books. I am rereading City of Lost Souls by Cassandra Clare. I tend to gravitate towards The Mortal Instruments series when I’m feeling down. I’ve been having a bit of a rough week, so I thought I would carry on with the reread that I started earlier on this year. I’m only a few chapters in, but I’m enjoying it just the same as I normally do.
I am also reading When He Was Wicked by Julia Quinn which is the sixth book in the Bridgertons series. I am really enjoying the series so far. I think I mentioned this in my July Wrap Up, but I don’t think there is much to the books, but I find them really comforting and a really enjoyable read so far!
What did you Recently Finish Reading?
I’ve been really getting through these Bridgerton books, so the last 5 books I have read have been from the series! The latest one I finished being book 5: To Sir Phillip, With Love.
What do you Think you’ll Read Next?
I will be moving on to the next book in the Bridgertons series & if I am feeling good about my reread, I will likely move on with City of Heavenly Fire by Cassandra Clare.
I’ve also been keeping my eye on Ariadne by Jennifer Saint and Circus of Wonders by Elizabeth Macneal. I also need to read The Meeting Point by Olivia Lara as I am taking part in the Ultimate Blog Tour for the novel which is really exciting. It is my first time taking part in a Blog Tour and I am really looking forward to it!
Just a quick, little post today! I’ve finally read 50 books this year which is half of my goal for the year! I am still behind, but progress is progress. I have a couple days off work now, and I am definitely going to be reading through the days.
