Hello! This is the first spooky themed book tag of the month! In October, I plan on bringing you guys a spooky themed book tag every week and this first one is The Spooky Would You Rather Book Tag that I first saw this book tag on Heather @ The Sassy Book Geek, but was originally created by The Book Pusher.

Thrillers or Supernatural?

I think probably supernatural because that is what fantasy mostly is, and I don’t really read many thrillers. I think I have only ever read one or two. The only one that is coming to mind is The Girl on the Train and I did really, really enjoy it. I guess I just don’t gravitate towards thrillers very often.

Ghosts or Zombies?

Ghosts! I am not a huge fan of zombies. I don’t really find them that interesting and most of the time when zombies get introduced into the story, I tend to lose interest. Ghosts on the other hand I find super interesting and love when they are included in stories.

Vampires or Werewolves?

Ooooh! Probably vampires. I’ve read a lot more vampire books than werewolf books. Plus, I was always more of a Vampire Diaries girl rather than a teen wolf girl!

Witches or Demons?

Okay this one is quite difficult. I love when witches are the main characters, but I also love plots that involve around hunting demons. So I enjoy reading both!

Would you rather read a book with 13 chapters or a book with black cat on the cover?

Well I have always considered my lucky number to be thirteen, and I used to have a black cat… but I like longer books so I will choose a black cat on the cover.

Would you rather read a spooky book in the dark with only a candle for light or by yourself in a locked brightly lit room?

I don’t think I could handle being locked in a room, so I will choose spooky book with only a candle for light! I actually used to do a similar thing when I was a kid – it wasn’t a candle, just a reading light but it was similar.

Would you rather face your worst fears or be trapped in the mind of a killer?

I really don’t know about this one… I don’t think I could do either!

Would you rather watch a scary movie or read a scary book?

I have only read one(?) scary book, and I didn’t find it scary, so I will pick movie. However, I am such a baby when it comes to horror films.

Would you rather read spooky books during the autumn or all year?

During the autumn – I am such a mood reader and the summer is reserved for romance books not spooky books!

Would you rather read 10 spooky books in October or 10 Spooky books all year?

Again, 10 spooky books in October. I am a mood reader and that means cramming certain types of books during a season or in this case a month.
